When you place an order with Fornida, the following policy applies to returns and refunds within the United Kingdom. It does not affect your statutory rights.
A. 14-day right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@fornida.shop within 14 days of delivery.
B. 30-day returns
Beyond your statutory rights, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order – for defective and non-defective products alike – provided the item remains in its original condition (unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
C. How to return an item
Returns are accepted by mail only. To start a return, email contact@fornida.shop. Once your request is approved, we will send you a free return label and instructions. Returns sent without an approved request cannot be accepted. For large or heavy items, we’ll arrange the details with you.
D. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve it promptly. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.
E. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective, damaged or incorrect items. Email us to arrange an exchange.
F. Restocking fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
G. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item (or proof that you have returned it).
H. Discounts
Discount codes must be applied at checkout; we cannot apply them retroactively.
