How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free on every order across the United Kingdom – including large items such as BBQs, fridges, dishwashers and garden sheds.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–8 business days after that, so delivery typically takes 6–11 business days in total. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes. Once you have completed your order, you will automatically receive an email confirming it.
Are gas bottles included with gas BBQs and pizza ovens?
No. Gas bottles and regulators are sold separately. Please check each product page for the fuel type it uses (for example propane, natural gas, charcoal, wood or wood pellets).
What are your return conditions?

How do I make a return?
Email us at contact@fornida.shop with your order number. For large or heavy items, we’ll arrange the details of the return with you.
My item arrived damaged or faulty – what should I do?
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us right away at contact@fornida.shop with your order number and, if possible, a photo, and we’ll put it right.
